The Culture Vulture program is a collective run by the Future Factory community. The program aims at nurturing the shared values that are fundamental to the Future Factory DNA, and strongly influences how we operate. The collective helps articulate who we are and what we stand for, and assists members in embracing our naturally collaborative, positive and entrepreneurial culture. Innovation is not black or white. It is more about what might be, rather than what we know for certain. At Future Factory, we encourage a spirit of being comfortable with the unknown, as we navigate the uncertainty towards a positive conviction.
Our culture is rooted on ownership. We are an outrageously flat hierarchy, made up of individuals who take complete charge of what they do. It is the only way for the collective to survive.
